Alright, I spent close to another 40 minutes or so working on adding more rough characters this thing and just barely started inking Axe Cop. This does not mean the pencil layer is done, only that i am locking in the characters I know will be there. As ink, it cleans up the space and shows me where I might have more room to fit more characters. I will probably end up moving everything in at the center a bit so it is even more snug. I incorporate all the characters from yesterday’s comments. If you would like to see any specific characters in this print, let me know what ones. I don’t think I can fit every Axe Cop character ever onto it, but i want to fit as many as I can.
I am also doing this so you can see the process from start to finish. I think it will be cool to watch the whole thing come together and be involved in it as I do it. You can even help me pick out mistakes if you see anything glaring. Not that I’ll listen to you. i will probably redo Axe cop’s arms and hands. They already look wrong to me.
If you want to reserve your copy of this print, just buy any package in the registry that includes the 18×24 screen print. Some of you have already ordered it. Some of you may want to order the print all by itself. I’ll set that up as an option as well at some point because I realize now there is actually no way to do that.
